High Park is located in western Toronto. It extends from the corner of Bloor Street West and Dundas Street West to the corner of Runnymede Road and Annette Street. The area mainly features detached homes, accounting for the majority of sales in this neighbourhood. However, there is still a selection of condos and semi-detached homes available. It is a cultured neighbourhood that is home to all types of people, especially families.

High Park is an attractive option for families with young children as it is home to excellent schools and array of recreational outlets. However it is also a suitable option for singles and couples as it offers a number of rental opportunities. The neighbourhood is given its name due to the 399 acres of public parkland that it encompasses. The park features beautiful picnic grounds, flower gardens, fishing ponds and playgrounds. It is home to sports facilities such as soccer, tennis, baseball, lawn bowling, swimming and skating. High Park is also home both Runnymede and High Park Libraries, which offer a variety of programs and activities for children.
